🎬 Vlog Post | Using the Law of Attraction to Reduce Stress (Abundance Mindset Vlog Series)

If you are one of the many people who is suffering from anxiety and stress, you are not alone. The number of anxiety sufferers continues to rise. learning about the Universal Law of Attraction can enhance and speed up recovery for individuals who struggle with symptoms of stress and anxiety.

The Law of Attraction has helped countless people deal with their anxiety and stress. With the Law of Attraction, we learn to sit in the driver's seat of our life and drive along any road we desire, arriving at the destiny we choose. We are not dependent on someone else when using the power of the Law of Attraction. Best of all, we do not have to wait and merely hope things get better in the future. We can start today to make our lives worth living.

Here are 3 simple tools to add to your stress management practice:

1) Make Meditation a Daily Practice Meditate at least 10-20 minutes every day on a regular basis. This will help your symptoms greatly improve. Daily meditation can be valuable and do wonders to improve your mood. Free yourself of all distractions, including children or other family members that need your attention, as well as other responsibilities that can drag you away. Try meditating when things are quiet so that you can truly be still and relaxed in order to receive the maximum benefits. Meditation is essential for good mental and physical health, so, make this your time out from a busy and stressful day.

It may be difficult at first for you to meditate regularly, especially if you are new to it. Even if you struggle at first, you still want to strive to make it part of your daily routine, even if you can only squeeze in a short meditation on a busy day. Overall, consistency will help you create the habit of meditating daily.

2) Try Visualization and Breathing Techniques Now, once you are in a relaxed, meditative state, try the following exercise: Close your eyes and picture yourself sitting in a large room all by yourself in total darkness. Hold this mental picture for about 20 seconds. After the 20 seconds are over, imagine yourself sitting in the same room with bright and warm lights shining on you and all around you – filling every nook and cranny of the room. After that, in your mind, go back to the same room, only this time the lights are out again and the room is dark. This exercise will enhance the understanding of your inner self. Getting to know your inner person will help you to understand yourself and the world around you better. It will also help you listen to yourself and become more intuitive.

PRO TIP: Keep in mind, when you are in an elevated emotional state, such as extremely enraged or frustrated to the point of tears, meditation can be very difficult, if not impossible. When your emotions are high and your thoughts are being led by your emotions, having a quiet moment with your own thoughts may not be beneficial in the moment. Instead, just focus on taking deep breaths. Try slowly counting to 4 as you inhale, hold your breath for just a second, then slowly exhale counting to 4, and pausing at the end of your exhale for another second. Repeat this until you return to a more neutral emotional state. On your exhale, breathe in as deep as you can, and on your exhale, try exhaling more air than you brought into your lungs. This technique resets your nervous system and helps you regain control over your emotions. Try this deep breathing exercise anytime you need to relax or calm your nerves.

3) Recite or Listen to Positive Affirmations

To help with your anxiety, you can also recite your own affirmations or listen to my guided Daily Affirmation, available both on my YouTube Channel and my website, to help build your confidence, foster more positivity in your life, provide encouragement, and ease your tension and stress.

Some suggested positive affirmations include:

I feel calm and peace surrounds me.

I am worthy and I love my life.

When creating your own affirmations, statements should be in the present tense. This may feel disingenuous at first, especially when you are feeling quite to the contrary. The Law of Attraction helps us understand that the Universe, however, will only respond to your feelings, not to the spoken language. Affirmations will help you to train your subconscious mind to be in harmony with the way you want to feel.

When using the Law of Attraction to get rid of anxiety, both meditation and affirmations are important. These will be great tools as you strive for a future free from stress and anxiety.

By applying these lessons in the right way, we can program ourselves to be what we really want to be. We do not have to think that our conditions in life are meant to be or that we have to depend on external forces and their mercy! It is your right to enjoy peace and happiness and having an understanding of the Law of Attraction can help get you there.
